Infobip Names Mirza Bukva EMEA Director of Operator Partnership

Infobip, a global leader in cloud communications, has appointed Mirza Bukva as the new Director of Operator Partnerships for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. This strategic leadership move underscores Infobip’s commitment to deepening collaboration and driving innovation across its telecom network in the EMEA markets.

A Veteran with Deep Roots in Infobip

Mirza is no newcomer to the company. Over the past decade, he has built a strong track record at Infobip, holding various leadership roles within its telecom partnerships arm. Most recently, he led operations as Head of Telecom Partnerships for Africa, where he played a key role in enhancing connectivity, monetising telecom services, and managing high-level regional partnerships. His career journey also includes a solid foundation in sales and data analytics, where he balanced relationship-focused tactics with evidence-based strategies to fuel growth and efficiency.

In his new role, Mirza will steer Infobip’s operator partnership strategy throughout the EMEA region. His focus will be on developing and nurturing strategic relationships with telecom operators, adapting Infobip’s solutions to fit evolving market demands, and unlocking new revenue streams. His goal is to build enduring alliances that deliver long-term value for both Infobip and its partners.
