Careem Plus Introduces Exclusive Members-Only Remittance Benefits

Careem Pay, the financial technology and payments arm of Careem, has introduced exclusive benefits for Careem Plus members. These include zero fees and special member-only exchange rates on international money transfers, making overseas remittances more cost-effective than ever.

New users can take advantage of exchange rates that surpass Google’s rate when sending money to India and Pakistan, ensuring they get the best possible value on their first transaction.
Fast & Seamless Transfers Across Multiple Countries
Careem Pay enables near-instant international transfers from the UAE to India, Pakistan, the Philippines, the UK, Europe, and Lebanon, with additional destinations coming soon. Users can transfer up to AED 450,000 per month and AED 150,000 per transaction. In many cases, transactions are completed within minutes, with the fastest recorded transfer in 2024 taking just 11 seconds.

On average, members save AED 300 per month, with the new money transfer benefits further increasing their potential savings.
