Riyadh Development Company and Agility Partner for SAR 227M Logistics Facility

Riyadh Development Company (ARDCO), a publicly traded Saudi real estate and development management firm, has joined forces with Agility Logistics Parks (ALP) to establish a cutting-edge warehousing facility in a prime location east of Riyadh. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in the region’s logistics sector.

Project Overview

The project, valued at SAR 227 million, will involve the construction of 58,000 square meters of Grade A warehousing space. The development will be located on a 97,904 square-meter plot of land in the Rimal district of Riyadh. Agility will oversee the construction of the integrated logistics centre, utilizing land that is owned by ARDCO.

Timeline and Completion

Construction on the state-of-the-art logistics complex is scheduled to begin in 2025. The facility is expected to be operational by the first half of 2026, providing a major boost to the region’s infrastructure and logistics capabilities.
