Signs MoUs and expands its network to advance the Kingdom’s supply chain ecosystem.

ASMO, a collaborative venture between Saudi Aramco Development Company and DHL, revealed today that it has entered into seven key agreements at the iktva Forum & Exhibition 2025. These partnerships span multiple industries, including chemicals and refining, oil field services, utilities, and healthcare, all within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Strengthening Saudi Arabia's Supply Chain Ecosystem

The strategic agreements aim to further enhance the Kingdom’s supply chain infrastructure, aligning with the broader objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. ASMO has signed several Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with leading industry players to drive growth and innovation across different sectors.

Key Partnerships in the Chemicals and Refining Sector

ASMO has formed alliances with two prominent players in the chemicals and refining industry:

- Sadara Chemical Company

- SAMREF (Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery Company Ltd.)

These partnerships will contribute to the continued development of Saudi Arabia’s chemical and refining capabilities.

Collaborations with Oil Field Service Providers

ASMO has also secured agreements with top oil field service providers, including:

- Aro Drilling

- SANAD (Saudi Aramco Nabors Drilling Company)

- Weatherford Al Rushaid

These collaborations aim to enhance the efficiency and innovation of the oil field services sector in the Kingdom.

Expanding in the Utility and Healthcare Sectors

ASMO’s MoUs extend to the utilities and healthcare sectors, with agreements signed with:

- Marafiq (Power and Water Utility Company for Jubail and Yanbu)

- NUPCO (National Unified Procurement Company)

These partnerships will help ASMO contribute to the Kingdom’s infrastructure and healthcare goals.
