Scheduled to make its debut in the Middle East next year, the MSC Euribia, the latest addition to the MSC Cruises fleet, is set to offer a range of cruises during the 2024-25 season. In a recent announcement, MSC Cruises revealed the ship's winter program, which includes departures from three ports in the Arabian Gulf: Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, and Doha in Qatar. Spanning from late November 2024 to early April 2025, the itinerary encompasses two distinct routes, taking passengers to various destinations in the UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain. Acting as a replacement for the MSC Virtuosa, which is slated for a Middle East voyage in 2023-24, Euribia will also provide repositioning cruises connecting Europe to the Middle East.
This deployment marks Euribia's inaugural operation outside Northern Europe. Following its debut in June 2023, the Meraviglia-Class ship is set to maintain a year-round presence in the region through late 2024. The offerings include week-long trips to the Norwegian Fjords in the summer and seven-night cruises to Belgium, England, France, the Netherlands, and Germany in the winter.
In early 2024, the 4,888-guest vessel is scheduled to embark on a 21-night journey to Western Europe and the Canary Islands, with interporting at various ports in Northern Europe. Constructed at the Chantiers de l'Atlantique shipyard, the MSC Euribia stands as one of the largest cruise ships in the MSC Cruises fleet, boasting 177,100 gross tons and a plethora of amenities such as 21 bars, ten restaurants, and five pool decks. In additional news, MSC Cruises has confirmed its return to the Red Sea for the 2024-2025 winter season. Taking the place of the MSC Orchestra, the MSC Musica is poised to make its debut in the region, offering a series of seven-night cruises to Egypt, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia.
