Known for his global perspective and seasoned leadership within top-tier automotive brands, Jean-Pascal is set to drive operational excellence and sustainable transformation across the aftersales division.

This leadership change underscores Al-Futtaim Automotive’s ambition to revolutionize aftersales services under the umbrella of Al-Futtaim Auto Centre (ALAC). ALAC stands at the forefront of aftersales service excellence, combining smart technologies, premium-grade products, highly skilled technicians, and cutting-edge facilities. Catering to a diverse range of vehicles—including electric and conventional models—ALAC offers comprehensive coverage throughout the UAE. From seven-day service operations and mobile units to express repairs and clear fixed pricing, ALAC is redefining convenience and value for customers. Jean-Pascal will report directly to Antoine Barthes, Vice President of Al-Futtaim Automotive, leading strategic efforts to deliver both premium and budget-conscious automotive care solutions.
