GAL, AQC and EMI Solidify Alliance at Dubai Air Show 2025

Global Aerospace Logistics (GAL), a leading provider of integrated aerospace and defense services, and the Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (ADQCC)- represented by the Emirates Metrology Institute (EMI)- have formalized a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to significantly enhance cooperation in the crucial field of metrology within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The agreement was officially signed during the Dubai Air Show.

The MOU establishes a robust framework for scientific and technical collaboration, emphasizing the exchange of specialized expertise, the development of advanced metrology capabilities, and the promotion of research and innovation in measurement science.

Through this partnership, both organizations aim to solidify Abu Dhabi’s standing as a regional leader in quality assurance, industrial standards, and technological advancement. Collaboration will focus on key initiatives, including joint research projects, specialized training programs, inter-laboratory comparisons and establishing measurement traceability to international standards.

A dedicated Joint Committee will be formed promptly to assess project feasibility and develop comprehensive action plans aligned with the shared goals of scientific progress and sustainable development.
