Abu Dhabi Exports and Strata Collaborate to Boost UAE Industrial Competitiveness

A high-profile delegation from the Abu Dhabi Exports Office (ADEX) recently visited the headquarters of Strata Manufacturing, a leading UAE-based company specializing in advanced composite aircraft structures. This visit was part of ADEX’s broader initiative to establish strategic alliances with key Emirati firms operating in crucial sectors. Discussions revolved around expanding cooperation to drive industrial development and reinforce the UAE’s global standing in the aviation sector.

Leadership Engagement and Welcome Ceremony

The delegation was led by His Excellency Mohamed Saif Al Suwaidi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) and Chairman of the Exports Executive Committee at ADEX, accompanied by Khalil Fadel Al Mansoori, Director General of ADEX. They were warmly received by Ismail Ali Abdullah, Executive Director of the UAE Clusters Unit at Mubadala and Managing Director of Strata Manufacturing, along with other senior officials from the company.

During the visit, Strata presented its remarkable achievements in the international aviation industry, emphasizing its role in advancing the UAE’s national industrial strategy and increasing the sector’s contribution to the country’s economy. Meanwhile, ADEX introduced its innovative financial solutions aimed at empowering Emirati businesses to expand globally and enhance their international market presence.

Speaking about the visit, His Excellency Mohamed Saif Al Suwaidi said: “Our visit to Strata Manufacturing reflects our commitment to supporting national companies that play a critical role in the UAE’s economic diversification. A key highlight was Strata’s highly skilled workforce, with Emirati professionals making up 67% of the company’s core administrative, technical, and engineering teams. This strong local talent base reflects Abu Dhabi’s growing prominence as a global centre for aviation innovation and manufacturing.
