Iran creates a more advanced, longer-range Mohajer drone

Iran's recent achievement takes the form of an advanced indigenous drone, the Mohajer-10, as reported by Iranian state media recently. This remarkable drone boasts an extended flight range, increased operational duration, and enhanced payload capacity. The Mohajer-10 exhibits an impressive operational range of 2,000 kilometres (approximately 1,240 miles) and can remain airborne for up to 24 continuous hours, as relayed by media sources. The drone's payload capacity has been elevated to 300 kilograms (about 661 pounds), doubling the previous Mohajer-6 drone's capacity.

In a video unveiled on Iran's military industry day, the Mohajer-10 was prominently showcased alongside other military equipment. The video contained a message in both Hebrew and Persian, ominously stating, "Prepare your shelters." This text alludes to the prevailing tensions between long-standing adversaries, Iran and Israel. Notably, Israel's Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, expressed on Monday that Tehran had been involved in financing and promoting a series of recent lethal attacks against Israelis.

It's worth mentioning that U.S. officials have previously accused Iran of supplying Mohajer-6 drones, among other unmanned aerial vehicles, to Russia for use in its conflict in Ukraine. However, Tehran has consistently denied these allegations.
