Farnek Appoints New Managing Director

Farnek, a leading UAE-based company specializing in smart and sustainable facilities management (FM), has announced the appointment of Julian Khalil as its new Managing Director. Khalil will oversee and direct the company’s operations, ensuring the alignment of its business activities with strategic goals.

Strategic Vision and Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, Khalil will take charge of implementing Farnek's corporate strategy, managing operations, and driving strategic business development. His role also includes ensuring the company meets its financial objectives, both in the short and long term. Additionally, Khalil will guide the leadership team to achieve corporate goals while focusing on the integration of innovative technology and sustainable practices to maintain Farnek’s position as a market leader.

Journey of Growth Within Farnek

Khalil, a German national, began his journey with Farnek in 2011 as Deputy Manager of the cleaning division. His exceptional talent and leadership qualities led to his promotion to Division Manager in 2013. By December 2015, he advanced further to the position of Director of Soft Services, showcasing his ability to drive growth and operational excellence.

A Proven Leader with Expanding Roles

Following a period of significant achievements, Khalil's responsibilities expanded in 2021 when he was promoted to Senior Director of Security and Soft Services. In 2022, his consistent performance earned him the role of Vice President of Operations, cementing his reputation as a capable leader within the organization.

Khalil holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and economics, which he earned in 2010 from the University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart, Germany. His strong academic background, coupled with his extensive experience, positions him as an ideal candidate to lead Farnek into its next phase of growth and innovation.
