International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has provided legal counsel to Kent, a globally recognized engineering services provider, in its acquisition of Sudlows Consulting—a Dubai-based design and engineering firm specializing in data centres.

This acquisition marks a significant step for Kent, enabling the company to expand its footprint in the rapidly growing data centre engineering sector. The move aligns with Kent’s broader strategy to diversify into power-related industries and boost overall profitability.

Sudlows Consulting’s Industry Expertise

Since its inception in 2014, Sudlows Consulting has built a strong reputation in key markets such as the UAE, India, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa. The firm has successfully delivered over 100 data centre projects across 20 countries, solidifying its expertise in the field.

A Shared Vision for Sustainable Data Centres

With this merger, the combined entity will address the increasing global demand for secure, high-performance data centres. A key focus will be the development of sustainable, low-carbon solutions, reinforcing both companies’ commitment to environmentally friendly practices.

Addleshaw Goddard’s Advisory Team
