The company has named Manish Mangal as Head of the Americas Communications Business and Sahil Dhawan as Head of the India, Middle East, and Africa (IMEA) Business.
Manish Mangal to Lead Communications Business in the Americas
In his new role, Manish Mangal will oversee Tech Mahindra’s Communications operations across the Americas, a region considered critical to the company's growth trajectory. With a wealth of over 27 years in the global telecom space, Mangal is well-positioned to guide clients through digital transformation by leveraging next-gen technologies. His expertise spans 5G, artificial intelligence, and cloud-native networks. Before this elevation, he served as Chief Technology Officer – Telecom Business and Global Head – Network Services at Tech Mahindra.
Sahil Dhawan to Spearhead Growth in IMEA Region
Sahil Dhawan takes charge of driving growth and client engagement in the strategically important IMEA region. Known for his collaborative and customer-focused approach, Dhawan brings broad cross-functional expertise to the role. He previously led the company’s Enterprise Applications division as Senior Vice President and Global Head, managing global P&L across delivery, sales, solutions, and partnerships.
