In conversations with our customers and partners, it is easy to see why the UAE ranked first globally in the UN Telecommunications Infrastructure Index 2024 and also as a regional leader in the Government AI Readiness Index 2024, published by Oxford Insights. Organizations in the UAE are moving their AI projects from demos into full production by focusing on concrete use cases and outcomes, backed up by substantial investment in the technology sector. With key investments being made into data centres and networks, the UAE is building the optimal foundation for AI adoption and is on track to achieve its goal for internet and technology related goods and services to account for over 20.0% of the GDP by 2031."

Phil will assume the global role of Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer on November 1, 2025.
