The move underscores Deloitte’s focus on tapping into local expertise to drive sustainable growth in both national and international markets.
The official delegation was received by the CEO of Deloitte North and South Europe, Richard Houston, the CEO of Deloitte Middle East, Mutasem Dajani, in addition to Deloitte Innovation Hub leader, Hani Girgis, who said, “Our investment in the Deloitte Innovation Hub reflects our commitment to the Egyptian market and a resounding vote of confidence in its capacity to cultivate world-class talent. Key service areas include Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity, Marketing & Commerce, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). This extensive portfolio ensures that the hub can support diverse industries and address complex business challenges efficiently.
Future Growth and Workforce Expansion Goals
Deloitte has ambitious growth plans for the Innovation Hub, aiming to expand the workforce to 5,000 employees in the coming years. This expansion will enable Deloitte to diversify its service offerings further and increase its influence across multiple business sectors. The initiative also aligns with Deloitte’s goal of becoming a strategic partner for enterprises seeking to innovate and transform in an increasingly digital world.
