JAGGAER Appoints First Chief Digital & AI Officer to Lead Agentic AI Vision

JAGGAER, a global force in source-to-pay and supplier collaboration technology, has announced a significant leadership addition. Gopinath “GP” Polavarapu steps into the role of Chief Digital and AI Officer (CDAO), a move aimed at supercharging the company’s vision of intelligent automation. In this pivotal role, GP will spearhead the evolution of JAGGAER’s AI-driven platform, ensuring it becomes increasingly conversational, collaborative, and capable of accelerating business outcomes by supporting smarter decision-making.

Driving AI Strategy and Organizational Transformation

As CDAO, GP will take the lead in shaping and executing JAGGAER’s comprehensive AI roadmap. His focus will span across both the JAGGAER One platform’s Agentic AI capabilities and initiatives to boost internal workforce productivity through AI adoption. Beyond technical strategy, he will be responsible for expanding the organization’s AI capacity through hiring top talent, establishing an AI Centre of Excellence, and building a strong foundation for AI innovation and thought leadership.

An Experienced Leader at the Helm of Innovation

GP brings an extensive background in enterprise AI solutions to JAGGAER, most recently having served as Chief Solutions Officer at Kore.ai. His expertise will be instrumental in guiding JAGGAER’s next phase of digital transformation. He joins forces with Chief Product Officer Jon Lawrence and Chief Strategic Officer Pascal d’Arc to drive the company’s AI-first agenda and position JAGGAER as a leader in intelligent procurement solutions.
