Leading the charge in this funding endeavour is climate tech investor Zouk Capital, joined by the notable participation of newcomer Aramco Ventures and existing investor Airbus Ventures. Contributing to this milestone are existing supporter Understorey Capital and a cadre of fresh investors, including Helium-3 Ventures.
Established in 2014 and headquartered in Oxford, Dendra Systems boasts a team of 87 dedicated professionals spread across the UK, Australia, UAE, and the US. The company specializes in delivering a comprehensive RestorationOSTM solution, employing cutting-edge data capture techniques and drone-based seeding alongside an AI-infused ecosystem insights platform. Dendra's innovative methodology ensures precise and swift implementation of restoration projects at scale, coupled with continuous monitoring, management, and reporting over extended durations.
Dendra leverages its market-leading RestorationOSTM technology and ecological acumen to assist esteemed clients such as Rio Tinto, Glencore, Liontown, BHP, and the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD) in achieving their environmental goals. Currently overseeing the restoration of over 70,000 hectares, Dendra stands at the forefront of nature restoration, demonstrating expertise in diverse terrains including mining sites, infrastructure, mangrove swamps, and arid ecosystems. The fresh infusion of capital will fuel Dendra Systems' expansion into novel geographic territories and bolster the ongoing refinement of its groundbreaking AI-driven ecology platform.
