Tawazun and Mubadala Invest in Advanced Al Ain MRO Facility

Tawazun Council and Mubadala Investment Company have joined forces to transform the aerospace sector by establishing an advanced aircraft engine Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility in Al Ain. This visionary initiative highlights the UAE's determination to position itself as a global hub for aerospace excellence while boosting the national economy.

Landmark Project Unveiled at IDEX 2025

Revealed during IDEX 2025, this groundbreaking project marks the first-of-its-kind engine MRO facility in the MENA and South Asia regions. Spearheaded by Sanad in collaboration with Pratt & Whitney—an industry leader in aerospace technologies—the Al Ain facility will deliver comprehensive MRO solutions while nurturing a new wave of skilled Emirati professionals.
