Arthur D. Little (ADL) has strengthened its regional leadership with the appointment of Sundeep Khanna as a Partner in its Performance practice. Stationed in the Middle East, Sundeep will drive strategic initiatives across the Consumer Goods, Retail, and Agribusiness sectors. Operating from the firm’s Dubai office, his role will focus on identifying and delivering growth opportunities across the region's dynamic consumer markets.

With more than 30 years of international experience, Sundeep brings deep industry insight from his work with major retail organizations and global consultancies. His extensive track record positions him as a valuable asset in helping ADL clients navigate transformation and unlock long-term value.

A Proven Track Record Across Industry Leaders

Prior to joining ADL, Sundeep served as a Partner at Deloitte Middle East, leading efforts in the Retail & Consumer space. His previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Landmark Group, a major player in the UAE’s retail and hospitality landscape. He has also held senior positions at firms such as Change Management Group, Deloitte UK, and Accenture.

Throughout his career, Sundeep has advised high-profile clients including Burberry, Sprint, and Dixons Carphone. He specializes in designing future-ready operating models, enhancing customer journeys, and crafting growth strategies powered by technology and innovation.
