Reinforcing its presence in the Dubai real estate sector, Kamdar Developments recently introduced 105 Residences by Kamdar in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). Additionally, the company has outlined an ambitious land acquisition strategy, targeting multiple residential, commercial, and mixed-use plots over the next three years to expand its development portfolio.

Further solidifying its position in the luxury segment, the company has commenced construction on an exclusive residential project in Meydan District 1. Enhancing its in-house expertise, the company has partnered with real estate advisory firm Savills Middle East to oversee its 105 Residences project, reinforcing its commitment to excellence.
