New Appointments in Dubai and Muscat
In Dubai, the firm has welcomed several key leaders to its team. Ronan Arthur, MRICS, has taken on the role of Partner, Head of Residential Valuation, while Jessica Price has been appointed as Partner, Commercial Valuation. Additionally, Kieran Burley now serves as Partner, Head of the Investment and Commercial Agency, and Joe John has been named Finance Director. Over in Oman, Tamas Steinfield, MRICS, has joined Cavendish Maxwell’s Muscat office as Partner, Commercial Valuation.

The firm is empanelled with 50 leading banks, highlighting its industry credibility. Kieran Burley has played a pivotal role in reshaping the company’s Commercial Agency division, assembling a skilled team with deep regional expertise. His leadership has been instrumental in securing major projects such as Dubai Expo City. Meanwhile, Joe John has significantly contributed to enhancing the company’s operational support.
