September will see Riyadh host Cityscape Global

The Cityscape Global event is set to commence in Riyadh from September 10 to 13, 2023, with the esteemed sponsorship of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing. Organized by Tahaluf, this edition is themed "The Future of Living" and promises to be a focal point for homebuyers, property experts, designers, and both local and international real estate developers. The venue for this significant gathering will be the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre in Malham, Riyadh. This exhibition, drawing attendees from over 170 countries, is poised to unite thousands of buyers, real estate professionals, and 2,000 investors. Over 350 exhibitors and more than 250 local and international speakers will converge to share insights and experiences through a myriad of conferences spanning over 250 hours.

Cityscape Global 2023 will be a showcase for high-profile projects across the Kingdom, presenting lucrative investment opportunities and highlighting advanced residential and commercial properties and communities. Notable projects such as Kuzam, Al Fursan, and Sadayem Suburbs by the National Housing Company, NEOM, Roshn, Jeddah Central Development Company, AlUla, Masar Destination, Retal, King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), King Salman Park Foundation, Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City, Diriyah Gate Authority, Red Sea Global, and Saudi Downtown Company will be featured. The event will also highlight projects from 24 countries in the presence of key partners, including the Real Estate General Authority, Ministry of Investment, Tourism Development Fund, and BIM Ventures as the PropTech zone partner.

The Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid Al-Hogail, has underlined the importance of this event, saying, "We are thrilled to be hosting Cityscape Global in Riyadh, the largest real estate exhibition in the world, within which the most significant major projects under the umbrella of Vision 2030 are participating, along with quality projects from 24 countries to establish the value of this largest event, and we welcome investors, developers, and enthusiasts to attend".

These events will run alongside initiatives like the Cityscape Innovation Challenge, allowing startups to pitch innovative ideas for the future, and the Cityscape Global ROSHN Hackathon, facilitated by BIM Ventures.
