This strategic alliance marks the launch of REACH Middle East, an initiative designed to attract cutting-edge proptech startups to Dubai and the broader region. The collaboration is set to drive innovation and elevate the real estate sector through advanced technology and digital transformation.

Setting the Stage for PropTech Connect 2026

As part of its ongoing commitment to innovation, Dubai Land Department is preparing to host PropTech Connect 2026, the world’s leading real estate technology conference and exhibition. This landmark event will bring together top industry professionals, investors, and technology pioneers from across the globe. The conference will serve as a platform to showcase advancements in artificial intelligence, blockchain, and data analytics—rapidly reshaping the global real estate landscape.

The partnership was formally established through an agreement signed by His Excellency Eng. Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita, Director General of Dubai Land Department, and Dave Garland, Managing Partner of REACH Ventures.
