Property Finder & ADREC Partner for Madhmoun Launch

Property Finder, the leading real estate portal in the MENA region, has joined forces with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) to roll out a comprehensive training campaign for real estate professionals. This initiative is designed to prepare agents for the official debut of Madhmoun, a pioneering platform that will reshape property listing standards in Abu Dhabi. Translating to “verified” in Arabic, Madhmoun will serve as the emirate’s first-ever Multiple Listing Service (MLS), offering a unified, trustworthy platform for all stakeholders in the property sector.

Preparing Agents for a Digital Shift

To ensure a seamless transition to the new platform, Property Finder has launched a structured series of training sessions aimed at equipping agents with the knowledge and tools to use Madhmoun effectively. The inaugural session took place on June 17th, drawing in a crowd of more than 500 real estate agents. The event featured key insights from ADREC representatives and included an exclusive walkthrough of the Madhmoun system before its official launch on July 7th. The session also served as a forum for agents to clarify their questions and understand how the platform will function in real-time scenarios.

Training Themes and Future Focus

As part of this ongoing educational push, future sessions will dive deeper into Madhmoun’s key functionalities, long-term advantages, and its transformative role in the industry. These sessions will be reinforced with an array of support materials including how-to guides, co-produced video content, and detailed FAQs. This phased learning approach ensures that agents are not only familiar with the platform at launch but are also confident in its use over time.
