OPDC and IMI Partner to Drive Maritime Growth at THE RIG

Representatives from the Oil Park Development Company (OPDC), the organization behind the development of THE RIG. project, recently visited International Maritime Industries (IMI). The purpose of this visit was to discuss and strengthen the strategic partnership between OPDC and IMI. As part of this collaboration, IMI will provide ferries and additional maritime services to enhance OPDC’s operations, aiming to optimize the visitor experience at THE RIG., which is the world’s first offshore adventure tourism destination inspired by offshore oil platforms.

Leadership Engagement

The OPDC delegation, led by CEO Raed Bakhrji, was welcomed by Abdullah Al Ghamdi, CEO of IMI. This visit marked a formal commitment from both companies to develop the maritime logistics and infrastructure that are crucial for ensuring seamless accessibility to THE RIG.
