Tawazun Council & ADNEC Partner to Boost UAE Defence Events Globally

Tawazun Council and ADNEC Group have entered into a strategic partnership through a newly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aimed at strengthening national coordination in hosting defence and security events. The collaboration also seeks to elevate the UAE’s profile at leading international exhibitions focused on these sectors.

MoU Signed During ‘Make it in the Emirates 2025’

The agreement was formalised on the opening day of the "Make it in the Emirates 2025" forum, held at the Tawazun Council’s pavilion. The signing ceremony was attended by H.E. Dr. Nasser Humaid Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of Tawazun Council, and H.E. Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, Managing Director and Group CEO of ADNEC Group.

Driving Global Visibility and Defence Innovation

This MoU aims to position the UAE as a central hub for advanced defence technologies and innovation, both regionally and globally. It sets the foundation for a collaborative framework to plan and execute major defence-related events while aligning national representation at international exhibitions under the unified UAE National Pavilion.

Under the new agreement, ADNEC Group will take the lead, in partnership with Tawazun Council, in organising and managing the UAE’s participation in global defence exhibitions. This effort will include showcasing Emirati defence firms and facilitating their presence in international markets. The initiative is designed to highlight the UAE’s growing capabilities in defence and security, broaden export opportunities, and create space for long-term strategic partnerships.
