This expansion is in harmony with IHG's strategic plan to enhance its mainstream brand offerings throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, aligning with the evolving landscape spurred by initiatives like Saudi Vision 2030. For over seven decades, Holiday Inn has stood as a globally recognized and trusted brand, consistently delivering unforgettable experiences for countless guests. The brand, synonymous with industry benchmarks, remains adaptive to guests' changing needs, evident in its new active, open lobby concept. This design incorporates versatile spaces for lounging, dining, and work, alongside elevated food & drink options and a contemporary aesthetic. The Open Lobby concept, a hallmark of the brand, amalgamates all public areas into a dynamic, cohesive space, merging the reception, restaurant, and bar. It provides guests the flexibility to enjoy their stay on their terms, be it for dining, working, or socializing.

The recently inaugurated Holiday Inn Riyadh the Business District stands as a showcase of this innovative Open Lobby concept. This modern and engaging public space is tailored to meet the requirements of today's travellers. The communal area fosters relaxation and connection, featuring a contemporary media lounge, a coffee bar for casual conversations, and an e-lounge for staying connected while immersed in the social atmosphere.
