Emaar Hospitality plans to greatly expand throughout Egypt

The recently inaugurated Address Beach Resort Marassi is part of a grand vision by Dubai's Mohamed Alabbar, who intends to establish 10 hotels across Egypt. This development signifies Egypt's second hotel and resort under the prestigious Address Hotels and Resorts brand, which already has a presence in Dubai, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain. The resort boasts 118 rooms and suites, along with 169 serviced apartments and 69 cabanas strategically positioned just steps away from the sea and Marassi Marina.

Emaar, the development company behind this venture, has ambitious plans to create a portfolio comprising 10 hotels, totalling around 3,000 hotel rooms along Egypt's North Coast. This extensive investment, amounting to $860 million, covers both the recently opened hotels and those currently under construction. The initiative underscores Emaar's commitment to elevating the hotels and hospitality sector in this region. Aligning with this vision, Emaar Misr has introduced Address Marassi Golf Resort and undertaken the renovation and launch of Alamein Hotel. Additionally, five Boutique Hotels are in the pipeline. The company is also gearing up to unveil the Vida Marina Resort in the near future.
