The Group successfully served over 129 million customers through its expansive network of more than 200 service stations across the UAE and sustained operations in over 60 countries around the world.

Reinforcing its commitment to delivering secure, sustainable, and innovative energy solutions, ENOC showcased its 2024 achievements at its annual town hall event in Dubai. The Group's focus on cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices has driven performance across all its business segments, aligning with its long-term vision of addressing both domestic and international energy demands.

Enhancing Retail Footprint and Service Excellence
In a move to boost the UAE’s fuel retail infrastructure, ENOC launched nine new service stations nationwide in 2024. Tasjeel, the Group’s vehicle testing and registration arm, celebrated its 25th anniversary by opening six new sites. Additionally, four new ENOC Link Smart Stations were launched, reinforcing the Group’s service footprint. ENOC’s emphasis on customer satisfaction through its ‘Think Customer’ pillar was recognized through 15 prestigious awards, underscoring its consistent service quality and innovation.
Strategic Global Expansion and Market Diversification
A cornerstone of ENOC’s 2024 success has been its focused international expansion. The completion of the Horizon JPUT Pipeline in Singapore marked a key milestone. The Group expanded its lubricants business into more than 10 new markets, with its marine lubricants now accessible at over 400 ports globally. This strategic global presence enhances ENOC’s stature as a dominant player in the international energy arena.
Empowering National Talent Through Emiratisation
Reflecting its dedication to national workforce development, ENOC reached a 52% Emiratisation rate in 2024. The Group attained full Emiratisation at the Executive level and 80% at Senior Management. Training initiatives such as LeaderSHIFT and Level Up enabled 44 Emirati professionals to enhance their leadership capabilities, contributing to national growth objectives and future-ready leadership.
Driving Sustainable Aviation and Environmental Impact
Supporting the aviation industry’s transition to a greener future, ENOC supplied 1.17 billion US gallons of jet fuel to over 300 airports across 28 countries. Through its Energy and Resource Management programme, the Group has saved over AED 395 million since 2014 and mitigated more than 703,000 metric tonnes of emissions, reflecting its environmental responsibility.
Commitment to Operational Safety and Efficiency
ENOC maintained exemplary safety standards throughout 2024, achieving 20 million safe man-hours without a single lost-time incident. Cumulatively, the Group has recorded 115 million safe man-hours between 2018 and 2024, underlining its dedication to a safe working environment and operational integrity.
Innovation-Driven Culture and Organisational Excellence
ENOC’s thriving innovation culture generated notable results in 2024. From 1,593 submitted ideas, 138 were implemented, leading to financial gains of AED 99.2 million — a 400% increase. The Group also secured 1,311 Integrated Management System (IMS) certifications, reflecting its commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence. A high employee engagement score of 4.40 further affirms the strong internal culture and employee satisfaction at ENOC.
