Luxedesign (LDV) to Build Kamdar Developments' New Projects

Kamdar Developments has officially named Luxedesign (LDV) as the General Contractor for its latest project, 105 Residences, located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). Positioned in a sought-after residential area, the project has already attracted strong interest from investors. Simultaneously, Luxedesign has begun work on Kamdar’s luxury villa collection in Meydan, further strengthening the collaboration between the two firms.

The decision to bring Luxedesign on board followed a detailed selection process, with Kamdar prioritizing partners that align with its commitment to timely project completion and premium build quality. With LDV at the helm, construction of 105 Residences remains on track, with completion targeted for early 2027.
