Intelligent power management company, Eaton, is expanding its presence in Egypt by opening a new office in Cairo. This strategic move is part of Eaton’s broader growth plan within the region's commercial and industrial sectors. The establishment of the Cairo office will enhance Eaton’s ability to deliver advanced power management solutions across key industries, including oil and gas, utilities, construction, and data centres.
Strategic Partnerships to Enhance Service Delivery
Eaton is further solidifying its commitment to the Egyptian market by forming strategic partnerships with leading local manufacturing partners specializing in Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Systems. These partners include Egyptian Manufacturing & Advance Systems Co. These partnerships will enable us to better serve our clients, enhancing their operational efficiency and sustainability.”
According to recent reports, Egypt’s commercial real estate market is projected to reach USD 370.60 billion by 2024, with an annual growth rate of 9.98% from 2024 to 2028. The construction sector in Egypt is also poised for robust growth, with the market size estimated at USD 50.78 billion in 2024 and expected to reach USD 75.97 billion by 2029, driven by substantial investments in infrastructure and industrial projects.
Strategic Expansion to Capitalize on Regional Growth
Eaton’s expansion in Egypt, coupled with these strategic partnerships, aligns with its broader strategy to capitalize on the region’s economic growth and infrastructure development. The new office and collaborations will strengthen Eaton’s ability to offer localized support and services, reinforcing its leadership in power management solutions across the Middle East.
