Janus Henderson Group Completes Acquisition of NBK Capital Partners

By combining NBK Capital Partners' deep understanding of local markets and Janus Henderson's global investment platform, the combined entity will be well-positioned to capitalize on growth opportunities in the region.

Janus Henderson (NYSE: JHG) has officially confirmed the completion of its acquisition of NBK Capital Partners, having received all required regulatory approvals. In May, Janus Henderson announced its intention to acquire NBK Capital Partners, the alternative investment division of the National Bank of Kuwait Group. This acquisition aims to strengthen the company’s foothold in emerging markets and enhance its support for clients in the Middle East. The team from NBK Capital Partners will integrate into Janus Henderson as part of the newly established emerging markets private capital division.

Rebranding Initiative

Following the completion of the acquisition, NBK Capital Partners will be rebranded as ‘Janus Henderson Emerging Markets Private Investments Limited.’
